3. Service Purpose
BladeVault is a collector-focused platform for documenting, comparing, and discussing knives through structured data and photo content. BladeVault is not a brokerage, auction house, or marketplace.
4. Prohibited Marketplace Behavior
Marketplace activity is prohibited on BladeVault.
- No buying, selling, or trading listings.
- No solicitations, deal posts, or transaction matchmaking.
- No external marketplace links intended to facilitate transactions.
- No off-platform payment or transaction coordination.
Accounts or content violating this section may be moderated, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
5. User Content and Licenses
- You retain ownership of content you submit to BladeVault.
- You grant BladeVault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute submitted content solely to operate and improve the service.
- You represent that your submitted content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
BladeVault maintains moderation tools and reporting channels to keep the community collector-focused and compliant with these Terms. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts when behavior creates safety, legal, or policy risk.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
- BladeVault may offer optional paid features through in-app purchase subscriptions.
- Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple under your App Store account settings.
- Prices and feature scope may change with notice as required by applicable platform rules.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or product direction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers
BladeVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BladeVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using BladeVault at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security concerns, legal obligations, or abuse prevention needs.
12. Governing Terms with Apple
For iOS distribution, Apple may act as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Where required, Apple App Store usage is also subject to the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of BladeVault after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
